The Coalition of Airline Pilots Association (CAPA) is a trade association comprised of over 22,000
professional pilots. The purpose is to address safety, legislative, and regulatory issues affecting
the professional flight deck crew members on matters of common interest to the individual member unions
on behalf of their respective pilot groups.
When you use the CAPA website to support these activities, we will collect your ZIP code for the
purpose of identifying your congressional district. Further demographic information may be collected
to identify you as a constituent to the recipient of your letter to Congress. Many congressional
offices have enough staff resources to respond only to constituents, and this will help identify you
as such.
If you decide to join our Action E-List, we will collect your demographic information and send you
updates on initiatives by email. We will do our best to respect both your time and attention.
We realize that you may be concerned about providing demographic information. For this reason,
CAPA makes every effort to protect the data you provide. Our advocacy data is housed on secure servers
which are physically guarded 24-hours a day in a restricted access building. Our data is backed-up as
part of a nightly security routine to insure that loss, misuse, or alteration will be prevented.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a message to
capapilots_list@capwiz.mailmanager.net with the word 'cancel' in the subject line. You may also
return to this site at any time to update your information.
